Job Description:
As we prepare to open for the season we are on the search for a few Baker’s Assistants to add to our bakery team! This role is perfect for someone who loves food, enjoys staying busy, and is excited to learn how a real, working commercial bakery operates on a farm setting.
Schedule & Availability:
- Must be 18 or older
- 24–32 hours per week
- Weekend availability is required
- Some weekday shifts available
- Flexible scheduling
- Immediate openings available
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Baker’s Assistant, you’ll support our bakery team in a variety of ways, including:
- Preparing and packaging bakery items
- Mixing doughs, baking cookies, pies, and other scratch-made items
- Assisting with cookie decorating and finishing touches
- Learning and supporting all aspects of a commercial bakery environment
- Fulfilling bakery orders accurately and efficiently
- Helping answer guest questions and assist with special requests as needed
- Receiving deliveries and supporting inventory management
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace

Physical & Job Requirements:
This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods (on concrete floors)
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Bend, reach, stretch, and perform repetitive movements
- Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment
- Work efficiently in a variable-weather environment within our market barn
