Job Description: As we prepare to open for the season we are on the search for a few Baker’s Assistants to add to our bakery team! This role is perfect for someone who loves food, enjoys staying busy, and is excited to learn how a real, working commercial bakery operates on a farm setting. The Parking Lead will help ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming parking experience for guests by directing vehicles, monitoring flow, and assisting their team as needed. Responsibilities Lead and support a small parking team to manage guest vehicle flow. Direct cars to designated areas in a safe and orderly manner. Position Summary Be part of our team as a barista for our newly developed coffee service here on the farm! We will be offering freshly crafted espresso based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos etc…), brewed coffee, cold brew coffee, and more for our guests. Flexible schedule weekend availability is desired. Blooms & Berries Farm Market is hiring friendly, safety-minded Engineers and Conductors to operate our brand-new 80 foot long trackless train during Fall On The Farm , September 13 – November. 2. Engineers will drive the train, demonstrating mechanical aptitude and prior equipment operation experience, while Conductors will keep things running smoothly with quick, efficient passenger loading and unloading. Safety is our top priority, with guest enjoyment, our riders should feel welcomed, cared for, and part of a positive, family-friendly adventure. This outdoor role rotates tasks every 2–4 hours, and offers beautiful fall weather.
